employee -- unless it is a complaint about an employee and you give us
your permission to disclose your name.

President of the credit union will review each submission.

response is requested, he will attempt to do so within one business
day.

matter needs further investigation, he will acknowledge receipt of
your comments and give you an estimate as to how long it will take
to address the issue.

warranted, the request will be submitted to the credit union board
of directors for additional review.
